Let’s try comprehending what this business entails. According to  Wikipedia  networking(NT) marketing is  a way of doing business in which sales force earns a commission not only for sales of products and services they personally generate, but also for the sales of others they recruit and bring in business, which create a down-line of distributors and hierarchy of multiple leveraged levels of compensation.
NT marketing is not a scam as many may think but it is a business that needs deep understanding than mere words that recruiters use. It needs hard work as any other business but it is the easier way to start generating your income in the right side cash flow quadrant.   When you want to venture in any business you will do a lot of things but in network marketing this has been done for you. The only thing you require is little money to purchase the package then you are in the industry. After this you should invest just like other business to ensure its growth.
Networking marketing is called business of 21stcentury which every person who wishes to increase his or her passive income should join. But most of the times people who join network marketing fail. I have seen many recruiters quit even with all their sweet words by the time of recruit. This has kept me wondering what could be the problem. In my deep research I found out that the problem is with the recruiters they don’t tell you what exactly the business entails but their main aim is to recruit you so that they can increase their earning.  This has contributed to their failures in this business. For every business you ought to do your“due diligence” (ability to differentiate between opinions and facts) for the success of the business. If you rush because you might see it as the easier way to start a business, then this may accelerates your quit. Business mission should satisfy customers’ needs rather than making profit to enhance the prolong success.
These are the issues you should focus on.
Search thoroughly
This must be your initial step for your success in this business.  Get in touch with the NT marketing member, ask her/him the question on the management, leadership and let her/him explains in details how the organization works. Seek books on the same topic. These are the books which will increase your knowledge in this business: ‘Your first year in network marketing’ by Mark Yarnell and Rene Reid Yarnell. This book (190 pages) contains vital information you should equip yourself with before commencing in this journey. Another great book is ‘Business of 21st century’ by Robert T. Kiyosaki with John Fleming and Kim Kiyosaki. This book (146 pages) will increase your IQ before you start off. This books you can get them in Amazon or ask network marketing members if they have them.

Do your analysis
After gaining sufficient knowledge go back to the NT marketing recruiter ask him/her to provide you with full details of the NT marketing in question, then do your analysis to aid you in making your insightful decision. Do not rush it may seem as a hot cake but it may lead   you to abyss of loss and you will start complaining. Let’s take an example of certain NT marketing in Kenya which I did my analysis on. This NT marketing is dealing with airtime we use every day and their intro will be they will teach you how to yearn from the airtime. But in real sense the commission will not work for you if you are the kind of the person who can’t distinguish opinions from facts. They say you earn a commission of 0.17% and 0.34% for safricom and orange of ksh 500 airtime you use per month. You will get ksh 4.35 and ksh 8.70 for safricom and orange respectively of the said amount per month, only if  you have four down-lines. But this is not the only the way to earn from this system, if you recruit a member you will get a good amount of money which varies according to the generations. If you want to know more and interested in the business you can contact them. Failure to use ksh 500 of airtime in that month you will get nothing but you still earn if you recruit a member. Being dormant member for some duration then the possibility of you failing is high and losing your membership is guaranteed.This is why doing your analysis is critical.
Choose your team wisely
Success in this business is based on recruiting members who meet the stated requirements for that NT marketing. For instance, take example I discussed above, recruit a member who can spend at least ksh 500 per month. In this, qualities of good sale person will help you. Members who can’t spend this amount will derail your success. Even though it main aims are to empower people. That is why this kind of business you have to do your due diligence. Successful businesses always hire best people, thus you must choose the best team.
In conclusion, for every successful business, it requires strong management team who adhere to business rules and regulations in achieving its goals and mission. To invite a member in this business make sure to follow the above mentioned issues. In this era it is time for those who can create jobs for many people and this is the reason why network marketing best suit this. Warning, never rush but put everything in order to start generating passive income.  Prepare well in what you are venturing to realize success in this industry.

1.      Who is running the ship? A question that you will not get an answer from most of network marketers.
2.      Does the company offer a proven plan of action?
3.      Does the company embrace both business skills and personal development as a regular part of its educational and training programs?
4.      Does the company have a strong, high-quality and highly marketable product line that you can be passionate about?
