(Kruse, 2013). As a result, it is essential to determine the importance of

productivity. Additionally, a positive organizational culture encourages job
satisfaction and employee engagement. For example, valued workers continue
working in the organization for long, decreasing turnover rates.
Furthermore, such employees are productive and contribute to the organization's success. and offer guidance during transitions, leading to a resilient and adaptable
