(2) Constipation is solved by eating food rich fiber such as fruits and vegetables. Drink enough water, exercise, and taking a supplement with MCT oil are important when dealing with constipation. 

(3) Cramps are prevented by drinking enough water and eating enough leafy green vegetables.

(4) Cravings, fatigue and low mood are vetoed by carefully increasing the intake of water and minerals. Additionally, B vitamins especially B5 is fundamental in preventing lethargy and fatigue. 

(5) Bad breath is treated by drinking enough water, using breath freshers, gum and maintaining good oral hygiene.
